On November 12, 2025, members of the InterHospital Laboratory Partnership (IHLP) gathered at Cowbell Brewing Co. for an engaging and productive Strategy Planning Session focused on shaping the future of the Partnership.
The session reaffirmed why IHLP exists and its mission to empower a regional network of rural hospital laboratories to collaborate effectively, provide access to high-quality laboratory services, and support rural communities.
Guided by this shared purpose, participants confirmed IHLP’s Core Purpose and Envisioned Future, explored key strategic themes, and aligned on Strategic Priorities. The day’s focus was on defining clear strategic goals, imperatives, and success measures to guide implementation.
The session was marked by strong collaboration, thoughtful reflection, and a shared commitment to advancing IHLP’s impact across our communities as the Partnership looks ahead to its next chapter.
