Provincial Clinical Preceptor Pilot

We are excited to announce that IHLP has been selected as one of four participating organizations across Ontario by MLPAO for their Provincial Clinical Preceptor Pilot.
This funding will support dedicated clinical preceptors who will mentor and train MLT students during their clinical placements, helping us grow the next generation of laboratory professionals while creating a more sustainable approach to student training and preceptorship across our region.
This investment is an exciting opportunity to strengthen our regional laboratory program, create more local training opportunities for students, and support recruitment efforts across our hospitals and the rural communities we serve. Is also recognizes the important role our teams play in developing future laboratory professionals.
